You upload an image of a child's drawing. We use it to generate a stylized illustration using an AI image model. A free, watermarked, lower-resolution preview is provided at no cost. A full-resolution, watermark-free version can be purchased for a one-time fee, shown at checkout.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Service. If you are uploading a drawing made by a child, you are representing that you are that child's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have the right and permission to upload and use the artwork.

You retain all ownership rights to the original drawing you upload. By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to process that image solely to generate your stylized artwork and deliver it to you. We do not claim ownership of your original drawing or the artwork generated from it.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the image you submit, and that it does not violate any law or infringe anyone else's rights.

Generated artwork is produced by an AI model and may not always accurately reflect or preserve every detail of the original drawing. Results can vary between generations and styles. We do not guarantee a specific visual outcome.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout and are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay.

To keep the free tier available for everyone, we limit the number of free generations allowed per user within a given time window. This limit resets automatically after a purchase.

You agree not to upload content that:

• You don't have the right to use or share
• Is unlawful, obscene, or infringes someone else's rights
• Is intended to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
