Privacy Policy

• The image you upload (the drawing)
• Your email address, if you purchase the HD version
• Payment confirmation from Razorpay (we do not see or store your card/UPI details)
• Your IP address, used briefly to apply fair-use limits on free generations

We use this information to generate your stylized artwork, process payment, deliver your purchased HD image by email, and prevent abuse of the free tier.

To operate the Service, we share data with these processors, only as needed:

• OpenAI — processes your uploaded image to generate the stylized artwork
• Supabase — stores your generated images and order records
• Razorpay — processes payment; we never see your full card or bank details
• Resend — delivers your HD artwork by email after purchase

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your uploaded images or email address with anyone for advertising or marketing purposes.

The Service is intended for use by adults uploading a child's drawing on that child's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and the Service is not directed at children as users.

We retain generated images and order records to allow you to re-download your purchase and for our own operational records. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data by emailing contact@doodledream.art. We'll respond and action reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Your purchased artwork is stored privately and is only ever accessible via a time-limited, authenticated link generated after payment is confirmed — it is not publicly browsable.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
